Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include value-added tax (VAT). Our products are available for purchase by all customers with no age restriction. Shipping is included in the listed price; no additional shipping costs apply. In the future, we may offer pricing in Euro (EUR) for international customers.
Order and Agreement
Orders are placed via our website. Upon completion of a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email, confirming that we have received your order and that a binding agreement has been established.
Payment
We offer several secure and convenient payment methods: credit/debit card, Apple Pay and (soon) Klarna. All payments are processed via encrypted and secure payment gateways.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Sweden. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days. Shipping and VAT are always included in the total price. In the event of a delay, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible via email.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case of incorrect orders or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed.
Complaints and Warranty
If your item is defective or has been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than two (2) months after discovering the defect. Upon an approved complaint, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which may include replacement, or a full refund.
